Surveys, Assessments and Evaluation

Consumer Rights Commission of Pakistan (CRCP) provides consulting services for various kinds of surveys. The program team of CRCP is well trained in survey design, data analysis and report writing. We use a combination of quantitative and qualitative research techniques including questionnaire-based surveys, exit interviews, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, in-depth interviews, etc. Our experience of baseline, beneficiary assessment, and social audit surveys is worth mentioning. These surveys have covered a range of areas including education, health, population welfare, hygiene practices and drinking water, consumption patterns, and energy efficiency.

Surveys, Assessments and Evaluation

CRCP also provides services for designing and implementation of assessments, evaluations, and data collection and analysis about programs, systems, processes, procedures, products, and services. CRCP has conducted a number of assessments and evaluations as a part of many projects supported by international donors, and as external evaluator in partnership with other expert organizations. Our core research team and panel experts have intensive experience in quantitative and qualitative evaluation techniques and processes. Generally, CRCP applies a combination of participatory, collaborative and learning-oriented approaches in both ‘focused evaluation technical assistance’ and ‘comprehensive evaluation design and implementation services’.
