CRCP Participated in two days event on “Promoting People’s Right to Information Achievements and Challenges” held by CHRI in Maldives for South Asian Regional Advocates and Practitioners on RTI. Mr. Wasim Hashmi from CRCP attended the event. On the occasion CRCP Presented an issue paper titled “From FOI to RTI: Some lessons and Insights”. The paper provided a comprehensive account of FOI legislation in Pakistan from 1990 till 2013 when two landmark legislations were enacted in two provinces, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab.
